AND CONDITIONS OF EVENT TICKET PURCHASES
Payment Method
All
ticket prices are in U.S. funds. Find Tickets LLC accepts payment by
credit card only. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and
Discover for your convenience.
Pricing and Availability
Find
Tickets LLC of Georgia is not affiliated with Ticket Master, or any
other box office venue. We are a private licensed Ticket Broker. The
price found on the ticket may not be the sale price. The final sale
price of the ticket may include a substantial service charge which
reflects the cost of obtaining and delivering the tickets. All sales
are made by Find Tickets LLC of Georgia.
Ticket orders are 100% guaranteed upon confirmation
At Find
Tickets LLC we make every effort to fill your Event ticket order immediately.
However, due to each venue’s unique ticket release policies, Find
Tickets LLC reserves the right to fill your order up to the week of the
event. Find Tickets LLC also reserves the right to upgrade seating at
no additional cost and without notification to the Customer. Customers
will be notified immediately prior to seats being downgraded with an
option to cancel ticket purchase.
Any
Event Ticket order placed with Find Tickets, LLC A Licensed Ticket Broker, DBA FindTicketz.Com ,
online, by phone, or by any other means shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia applicable
to agreements entirely made and performed within the state. By
purchasing tickets from Find Tickets LLC, you, the Customer, hereby
consent to the laws and jurisdiction of the state and federal courts
sitting in the State of Georgia.
Because tickets are bought and sold on an open market, ticket prices are
subject to change at any time.
Convenience and Handling Charges
Event Tickets
purchased from Find Tickets LLC are subject to a non-refundable shipping
and handling charge.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Cancelled Events
If an
event is cancelled for any reason other than strike,
lockout, or an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.) we will
provide a full refund for the purchase price of the tickets. Shipping
charges are not refundable.
If an
event is postponed the original tickets will be honored
for the new date of the event. New Event Tickets will not be issued. If you
can not attend the event on the new date, we will accept the tickets
back from you on a consignment basis only. If the tickets
are resold, you would receive 100% of the amount that we sell the
tickets for up to the price that you paid.
In
case of a rainout or strike for an outdoor event, no refunds will be
made.
**Unless
otherwise provided in a written agreement between a Ticket Broker and
the purchaser, a ticket
broker shall be required to refund any payment received for the purchase
of a ticket under this article if the purchaser returns the ticket and
requests a cancellation of the sale thereof within 36 hours from the
time of purchase of the ticket and is such return is make more that 72
hours preceding the athletic contest or entertainment event.
Disclaimer
Find
Tickets LLC is acting only as a Ticket Broker or agent to facilitate the
availability, sale and delivery of the admission tickets to the event,
and is not a promoter or manager of the event, and therefore, assumes no
responsibility or liability for the staging of the event.
Find
Tickets LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get
100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you
paid for them.
Event Tickets
sold to Georgia Residents will be subject to a 7% Sales Tax on all
ticket purchases.
All
sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, lost or stolen tickets will
not be replaced. If an event is rescheduled, tickets purchased are
valid for the rescheduled event date.

Tickets from Find Tickets, LLC (A Licensed Ticket Broker ) you Agree to be put on our Mailing List.

Shipping Policies
Find
Tickets LLC requires a signature on all Event Ticket deliveries. All
deliveries are made using an express courier service. Tickets are sent
to your credit card billing address and your ticket order may be refused
if the delivery address does not match the address verified through your
credit card company.
Your
credit card billing address will be verified so you must use the exact
address that your statements are sent to receive your Event Tickets. Please
specify any special delivery requests when you place the order.
If you
request the order be shipped to an alternate address we will require
faxed authorization from you. This authorization includes a signed copy
of the ticket invoice along with legible copies of the credit card that
was used and of your driver’s license. This helps protect both of us
against fraud.
Reroutes
on ticket packages are not allowed. The courier must deliver the
tickets to the address on the package. They can not deliver it to any
other address.
Find
Tickets LLC ( A Licensed Ticket Broker ) reserves the right to choose the best delivery method for
the ticket order. We will inform you of the courier, delivery
confirmation number and when to expect delivery whenever possible when
the order is confirmed.
Please
allow 3 days after your order is confirmed to receive you tickets unless
otherwise notified. If you have not received your tickets within 48
hours of the event, please contact us at 1-888-526-2005.
North
Carolina Residents
North
Carolina State statues currently prohibit the sell of tickets only for
events taking place in North Carolina by Find Tickets LLC.
Due to
these statues, all tickets sold for events in North Carolina are sold as
“package” items. Packages may include, but are not limited to nor
guaranteed to contain, a brunch, transportation, hospitality, tailgate
party, Find Tickets LLC VIP Membership, etc. Tickets are not sold as
tickets only. All ticket sales for North Carolina events will be
package sales ONLY.
If you
disagree with these North Carolina State laws, please contact your State
Representative and voice you opinion.
New
York Residents
New York
State statues currently prohibit Find Tickets LLC from selling tickets
for events taking place in New York State to New York residents.
If you
have a credit card billing address or a shipping address that is located
in the state of New York we can not sell your tickets for events that
take place in the state of New York. We can only sell the tickets to
people with billing addresses’ outside of the state of New York.
If you
disagree with these New York State laws, please contact your State
Representative and voice you opinion.
New
Jersey Residents
New
Jersey State statues currently prohibit Find Tickets LLC from selling
tickets for events taking place in New Jersey State to New Jersey
residents.
If you
have a credit card billing address or a shipping address that is located
in the state of New Jersey we can not sell your tickets for events that
take place in the state of New Jersey. We can only sell the tickets to
people with billing addresses’ outside of the state of New Jersey.
